- 本規約は、株式会社VINAJAPAN（以下「当社」）のウェブサイト、Facebookページ及びメッセージでのお問い合わせ対応（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。
- 本サービスで提供する情報は一般的なご案内であり、免許試験の合否や取得時期を保証するものではありません。試験は各都道府県の運転免許試験場の基準に従います。
- 料金・手続きの詳細は、個別のお見積り・契約内容が優先します。
- 利用者は、虚偽の情報の送信、他人へのなりすまし、法令・公序良俗に反する行為をしてはなりません。
- 当社は、システム保守・障害等により本サービスを一時停止することがあります。
- 個人情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシー（https://vinajapan.com/privacy-policy.html）に従います。
- 本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

- Thông tin tư vấn mang tính hướng dẫn chung. VinaJapan không cam kết kết quả thi hay thời điểm có bằng.
Kỳ thi theo quy định của trung tâm sát hạch từng tỉnh. - Chi phí và thủ tục cụ thể theo báo giá và hợp đồng riêng.
- Không gửi thông tin sai sự thật, không mạo danh người khác, không vi phạm pháp luật.
- Dịch vụ có thể tạm dừng khi bảo trì hoặc gặp sự cố.
- Thông tin cá nhân được xử lý theo Chính sách bảo mật: https://vinajapan.com/privacy-policy.html
- Áp dụng luật Nhật Bản. Toà án có thẩm quyền: Toà án quận Osaka.

- These terms apply to the website, Facebook Pages and Messenger enquiries of VINAJAPAN Co., Ltd.
- Information we provide is general guidance. We do not guarantee exam results or the date a licence is issued.
Exams follow the rules of each prefecture's driving licence centre. - Prices and procedures are as stated in the individual quotation or contract.
- Users must not send false information, impersonate others, or act unlawfully.
- The service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or failures.

- Governed by the laws of Japan. Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
